Do I need to download an app?

How often does my tracker update?
Your tracker updates in real time the moment your contractor advances your project to the next stage. You'll also receive an automatic SMS and email notification every time a stage changes so you never have to check — we come to you.
Can I share my tracking link with someone else?
Absolutely. Your tracking link is unique to your project and can be shared with anyone — a spouse, family member, or anyone else who wants to follow along. Anyone with the link can view your project status.
What if I lose my tracking link?
No problem. Just contact your contractor and they can resend your unique tracking link via SMS or email. It's the same link — it never changes for your project.
THE 7 STAGES
How long does the whole project take from start to finish?
Most projects move through all 7 stages in 4–8 weeks from the day you sign. The biggest variable is Stage 4 (production) — custom products typically take 2–4 weeks to manufacture. Your tracker will always show your most up-to-date estimated install window.
Why is there a final measure after I've already signed?
Manufacturing requires precision down to the fraction of an inch. The final measure ensures every product is custom-built to fit your exact openings. Skipping this step would risk products arriving that don't fit — and nobody wants that.
What if my project is stuck on one stage for a long time?
Stage 4 (production) naturally takes the longest — usually 2–4 weeks. Your tracking link will always show when the last update occurred. You can also contact your contractor directly. That's exactly why StageX exists — no homeowner should ever be left wondering.
Will I be contacted before someone comes to my home?
Yes, always. For Stage 2 (final measure) you'll be called to schedule a time that works for you. For Stage 5 (install scheduling) the same applies — you'll confirm a date and receive a 48-hour reminder. Nobody shows up unannounced.
NOTIFICATIONS & ALERTS
How will I be notified when my stage changes?
You'll receive an automatic SMS text message and email every time your project advances to a new stage. Both are sent within minutes of the update, including a direct link back to your tracker.
Can I turn off notifications?
Yes. Let your contractor know and they can adjust your notification preferences. You can also reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe from text updates — your tracker link will still work exactly the same.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. Your tracking link only displays your project name, address, and stage status. No payment information or sensitive data is ever visible through StageX. Your data is encrypted and never sold or shared with third parties.
